Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation of your booking must be received in writing by notifying email@example.com. Cancellations made in advance of 30 days before the event will be refunded in full minus a £99+VAT admin fee. Those received within 30 days of the event, or those not made in writing, will be subject to the full delegate fee which will also be liable in the event of non-attendance. Substitutions can be made at any time at no additional charge – simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and job title of both the registered delegate(s) and the replacement(s) – both must be of the same organisation.
