Working closely with brand giants including Unilever, Mars and Procter & Gamble and media partners including The Sun and Woman’s Own – Helga has been instrumental in growing the Product Of The Year brand. With more than 50 categories and unparalleled insight from over 10,000 consumers, Product of The Year is now recognised globally as the definitive barometer of product innovation excellence with both brands and shoppers.
Prior to heading up Product Of The Year, Helga worked both client and agency side latterly focusing on start-ups including Britart.com (now Eyestorm), the first online art gallery that picked up a coveted D&AD award, as well as Octopus Investments who have changed the investment world for the better.
Whilst a degree in Biochemistry may not be the most obvious starting point for a successful career in marketing and brand, Helga’s attention to detail, analytical approach and research capabilities have helped shape one of the more original and expert voices in the constantly evolving area of brand/product innovation.
